Bottle. Pours a clear amber with small beige head diminishing quickly to nothing. The aroma is raisin malt and yeast. Thin mouthfeel with a strong yeast and light smoke finish. A good Abbey Dubbel from Ska.

Bottle thanks to Ibrew2or3 for another unrated Dubbel: Poured a brown with a bubbly tan head. Aroma is dark fruit, sticky with sweet malts. Nice flavor of malts, dates, and other dark fruits. Leaves the palate sticky for more.

Bottle @ home. Deep brown appearance with a small, tan head. Raisins, dark fruits, plums, dark candy sugar, Belgian yeasty nose. Sweet, dark candy sugar, toasty malty, dark chocolate, dark fruits, raisin flavor with a smooth, sweet finish. Pretty simple but not bad!
