Bottle (BBD 6th July 2029). Black body with a thin beige head that quickly fades. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of raisins and sweet bourbon. Flavour of coffee, nuts and a subtle bourbon finish. Medium to full body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. I’m not a huge fan of barrel aged beers, but this is fantastic. The barrel influence is subtle and welcome, adding complexity without taking over.

Аромат очень шоколадный с небольшой ванилькой, немного кофейных зерен слегка обжаренных, действительно есть нотки от термису, что радует в меру сладкий. Цвет угольно черный, слегка маслянистое тело, пенка тонкая кофейная. Вкус с харакетром, есть строгость от алкоголя. Много жареных зерен, кофейных и бобовых, много шоколада черного, немного ванили и ноток кремовых от тирмису. При всем характере очень много кремовости. В целом интересно.

330ml bottle - Pours black with a tiny tan head that quickly disappeared. Aroma is dark roasted malts, burnt sugar, coffee and bitter chocolate. A moderately sweet roasted taste, dark roasted malts, coffee, bitter chocolate, bourbon, vanilla and dark cherry flavours with a woody spice and warming alcohol finish.

Poured from 330mL bottle (bb 06/07/23 or 29 - slightly blurry). Black with small tan head. Cocoa and vanilla, wafer, bourbon, touch of coffee. Flavours all come together quite nicely.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with moderate dark tan head. Aromas of sweet bourbon, vanilla, rich chocolate, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of dark caramel, chocolate nougat, graham cracker, soft bourbon and oily roasted malts. Excellent

Black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, bourbon, oak, coffee, vanilla, cocoa and booze. Definitely getting the tiramisu vibe and it’s coming out pretty nicely. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
