Dive into Master Brewer Dan’s lively Kühler! This spontaneously brewed refresher is reminiscent of summer citrus tea. Coolship method achieves a complex depth of flavor in the Belgian Lambic tradition. Brewed in 2017, this Kühler rested one and a half years in Oak casks before capture in this bottle. Three year old noble hops encourage earthy woodland tones from our cave. Expect fresh citrus notes to splash brightly when poured. Toast to cool nights and sun dancing days.

Hazy golden orange with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, earl grey tea, mineral notes, oak, lemonade and soft funk with malt and caramel at the back. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice.

This is another sweet ber from. New Glarus. Not really lambic like at all. A faro maybe? Refreshing.

Bottle shared by Jeff, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry tart stone fruit with sweet grains and a hint of oak underlying. Flavor has sweet light fruits and lime with oak and a light flora.

From a 12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear pale mahogany with an ecru head. Aromas of funk and spice. Flavors are sweet with just enough tartness to soften the sweetness. Very approachable.

12oz bottle. Pretty tasty sour, though to me it tastes like they added sugar at the end to sweeten it up, and it kind of comes off as a Faro. Big sweet tart aroma. Really mild and sweet, I can't imagine there isn't some kind of sweet additive. As NG gets bigger, it seems they make some cheesy decisions to get beers out there. Perhaps the oak adds some of that sweetness but I doubt it. Probably the same genius who brought us Break of Day IPA. Underwhelming, candy Belgian street sour more than traditional Lambic.

12 ounce bottle from Festival Foods Appleton Northland, 6/15/19. Clear dark copper, large fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of funk, leather, apple, stone fruit. Taste is plum, citrus, apple, marzipan, pepper. Mild funk. Medium bodied, juicy. A bit sweet but a nice beer.
