Bottle shared at chriso’s. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a bubbly white head. Nice funky melon in the nose, lemon rind. Light sweet flavor with pleasant funk, melon, orange juice, light wheat sugars. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes lightly dry and funky with more melon, grapefruit, orange. Very tasty.

Bottle at ChrisO. It pours clear gold with a decent white head. The nose is doughy, spicy, ginger, mild citrus, some sweetness and grainy notes.The taste is bitter, spicy, straw, wheat, dough and citrus peel with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty average wheat action.

330ml Flasche. Trübes gelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, leicht bitter, Citrus. Geschmack angenehm herb würzig, Citrusaromen.

Bottled, date Jan 2013, large sample. Almost clear pale golden color, medium white head. Aroma of grainy malts, slight tart note, barnyard, horseblanket, some coriander, slight bubblegum. I smell Brett, which I wonder if its intended. But I love Brett :-) Quite dry in taste, slight spicy, bit citrussy refreshing, soft sourness. Obvious infection, which gives it some extra complexity :-)

wazig geel met minimaal witte kraag aroma: citrus, mout, zoetje, fris smaken: medium zoet, matig bitter, hooi, koriander, fruitig, hop ietwat romig/glad, normale co2, afdronk kruidig unieke smaken van bepaalde kruiden/fruit die anders zijn dan de standaard witbieren, maar erg lekker ! --- Beer merged from original tick of Ruw+Bolster on 25 May 2018 at 13:00 - Score: 7

Bottle 330ml.Clear matt medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, light moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130406]
