Bottled 330ml. -from Svijet Piva Zagreb. Deep black coloured, medium sized brown head, pure chicory nose. Roasted malt, milk chocolate, light chicory/coffee and touch of vanilla. Mild roasty finish with notes of hops. Bit sweet but pleasant.

Tap at Ei8ht Ball. Doughy richness. Pungent island style, very true. Super sweet. OK.

Bottle. Pours opaque black with medium coffee brown head. Aroma is soy sauce, prunes, sweet licorice, gravy and roasted malt. Taste is medium to heavy bitter, light acidic and medium sweet towards the end. The presence of lactose is evident. Body is creamy with soft lively carbonation. Finish is long and bitter, but sweet on the lips, with notes of licorice, soy sauce, lactose, coffee flavoured caramel drops (Kopiko) and faint ammonium chloride. Very well balanced and smooth.

So smooth. Masse smak samtidig som den er lettdrikkelig.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting, thanks to abemorsten. Dark brown colour, nearly black. Aroma of chocolate, milk sugar and dust. Medium sweet flavour, milk sugar and chocolate again, moderate hops. Quite good, but does not blow my socks off.

Keg @ Brewdog Birmingham. Pours black with chocolate, coffee and roasted malts on the nose, taste presents quite a vigorous bitterness before any milky sweetness comes through. Some tasty roasted malts and a touch of fruitiness in the distance. Enjoyable stout.
