Clear amber coloured beer, small irregular creamy off-white head, little stable, adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, pineapple, some passion fruits, piny hops, some ripe sweet fruits, something off, rotten, spicy. MF: too much carbon, medium body. Taste: some caramel, grains, malts, bit fruity, piny bitter hops, some citrus. Aftertaste: bit spicy, citrus, alcohol, dry bitter ending, yet a bit watery.

75cl bottle, BB 12/2013 shared with Tomaz.

An orange-brown beer with a big and blond head. The aroma has fruits, mandarin, some citrusfruits and fructose, wood, hint of roasted malts. Taste is slightly fruitfull, biscuity malts, wooden hops, also some herbs. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation, easy and fresh to drink. Quite good beer, interesting mix of fruits and wood.

Bottle Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie April 2011 consumed outside Frank (camper) at Camping Igueldo, Igueldo Nr San Sebastian, Basque Country, Northern Spain 03.07.11 Pours hazy amber with off-white head and with a distinct floral nose to this. Nicely fruity with warmth from the alcohol showing. Touch yeasty and with a little spice, I get cloves, there is a late bitterness and it is slightly numbing on the tongue. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7

Leichter Klostein-Geruch. /5/6/5/6/5

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, yeast, fruits and hops. Made me learn a new word: Defenestration.
