Bottle at the Pozarevac tasting in Serbia 10242015. Purchased at Johnny Off L. in Rome-Italy. Pours pale cloudy golden color, white milky foam. Nose: nice and fresh fruitiness, lemon sourness, tons of fruit. Nice. Mouth: fantastic lactic start, yellow fruit, frizzy funky. Bravo!

Draught @ Birra +. Aroma has sweetish fruits and toffee candy. Flavour has somewhat tart citrus, berry juice and slight lactic tones. Rather weird, every sip is different. A bit of a disappointment, like a mixture off fruit beer and berliner weisse. Hides the ABV. No signs of saison here.

@ ACBF 2015. Hazy yellow colour, minimal head. Sour taste. Aroma of lemon. Tart finish. Medium balance. Ok.

Light golden yellow a minimal bubbly head. Aroma is crispy citrus, some honeydew melon. has a Gose nose to it. Yeah, a very light goes-like beer with salt, herbs, citrus and watermelon. Quite interesting, very light.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, citrusy and peachy. Citrusy, salt and minerals. Dry and slight herbal. Bitter and mild citric finish.

Draft sample @ ACBF 2015. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est fruité avec un rappel d’abricot et un léger rétro aigrelet - levure. Palais est similaire, retrouve ce côté abricot, pointe de houblon pour une amertume noble belge. Grains rustiques ponctuent cette dégustation avec encore un profil fruité presque d’abricot. Le côté levure sauvage y est peut être pour qcq chose et cette dernière rajoute un profil suret qui se distingue une peu du style belge de saison.

Clear yellow beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, very faint. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, pretty spicy, lemony, funky, bit sourish. Aftertaste: lemony, orange juice (which is very weird in a beer), pretty spicy, floral notes.
