Stable, foamy, tan head. Intense fermenting peach, dried plum, malt vinegar, almond, brioche, carré confiture. Very sour cherry, peach, plum; frunky vinegar, almond & jam maltiness. Tart cherry, woody tannins and stone fruit pit. Soft carbonation. Amazing stuff.

Flink zuur, scherp zelfs, maar achter de zuurheid proef je een typische oud bier smaak. Maar het scherp zure in combinatie met vrijwel geen koolzuur maakt het een beetje moeilijk te drinken.
