Cask at the Old Coffee House with Sarah. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has light pine and grass with an earthy grain backing. Flavor has more pine backed by earthy grains and hay with a hint of resin.

(Cask at Cross Keys, Covent Garden, London, 27 Nov 2011) Pale golden colour with creamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of lemon, grapefruit, peaches, biscuity malt and grassy hops. Fruity taste with citrus (grapefruit, lemon), biscuits, grass and a generous bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Highly drinkable and quite tasty. Nice one.
