Appearance : Brown with a dark robe, generous and fine white foam. Nose: Rich with a touch of coriander and liquorice. Taste: Round, heady, pleasant aromas of the special malts used. Remark: tasting between 8 ° and 12 °, typical ‘end of the year’ beer (high-end beer to enjoy with wisdom with family and friends).

Bottle from FinestBelgianBeers. Pours a dark brown colour with a red tinge and a medium sized throthy beige head. Nice lacing. Aromas of dry dark fruits, caramel, liquorice, bread and sugar. Taste is the same notes with a little spice and a touch of orange, cinnamon and nutmeg. It is very sweet! Medium bodied. Highly carbonated. A little fizz on the tongue and a slightly chewy palate. Overall this beer is way too sweet for my liking.

No wchun tych przypraw, takie glownie okolice galko muszkatulowej, ciut piernikowo-korzennych. W tle cienki dosc, nieco wodnisty BDSA, troszke ciemnych owocow wlasciwie. No sredniak z minusikiem

Flaska från SB, från 2017. Passerat bäst före med några månader. Mörkbrun med gräddig moccafärgad krona. Mustigt, kryddigt, kandisocker, mjukt jästig. Riktigt rund och mjuk kropp, gjort fint av åldern. Mycket gott!

Malty aroma with pepper and grapes. Malty, prickly flavor with licorice, grapes and some fairly well hidden alcohol. Medium bodied. Very well made beer, warming and some complexity.

Flaska från belgiuminabox. Gammal flaska som passerat BBD med ett år. Mahognyfärgad med rejäl krämig skumpuck. Söt doft med sötlakrits, torkad frukt, russin och madeira. Fortfarande potent med mogna smaker och balanserad sötma. Värmande men väldigt drickvänlig. Gott.

Botella de 33 cl. Color marrón oscuro, casi granate, con destellos rojos, translucida. Bastantes burbujas finas que generan una espuma generosa de color marfil. Los aromas son frutales y algo especiados. Cuerpo medio y buena Carbonatacion. Predomina el sabor dulce a azúcar moreno y frutas como la cereza, bien equilibrado con un toque a licor y algo de especias. Final ligeramente alcohólico y a caramelo. Buena cerveza de Navidad.

Bottle. Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Clear, deep ruby red. Creamy, thick, lasting, light beige head. Nose has brown sugar. Dates and ripe plum. Some leafy hop. Taste is sweet and lightly estery. Slick mouthfeel. Foamy carbonation. Dry, estery bitterness to finish.
