14/II/15 - 33cl bottle @ RBBWG IV (Beerlover_Ben's place) - BB: XII/2015, batch 5 (2015-218) Thanks to BelgBeerGeek for sharing the bottle!
Clear pretty dark brown to almost black beer, creamy beige head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, fruity, some caramel, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: roasted, quite some coffee, bitter, little burned, hoppy, some dried fruits. Aftertaste: little roasted, mocha, some coffee, alcohol, caramel, hoppy, citrus. Not getting to much blaebaer, though.

(Bottle, Lovik, Stockholm, 24 Nov 2014) Black colour with lasting, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice and blueberries. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, coffee, blueberries, liquorice, dark fruit and a generous cacao bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Solid and well made stout with generous flavours of blueberries and liquorice. Very nice.

Pours black with frothy fading cream tan head. Aroma and taste are roasted malty, berry fruity, coffee and chocolate. Medium body, light to oily texture, soft carbonation. Finishes dry, roasted with lasting chocolate, but where are the blueberries?

Bottle Thnx to Belgbeergeek . Pours almost black, rather small grey head . Smell is roasted malts, coffee, bit bitter, very light fruitaspect . Taste has no fruit at all . roasted malts, coffee ( and bitterness from the coffee ) , bit too high carbo for the style, but certainly not much . Ok , pretty boring beer .

Bottled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of vinegar and blueberries. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of roasted malt and blueberries, leading to a tart finish. Not me.

Pours a pitch black color, topped with decent dark cream colored head. Retention is decent. There is a nice mild roasty aroma, some little chocolate. A slight berry aroma is felt, but it’s very mild. The taste is quite roasty, some coffee and little bitterness in the end. Slight chocolate in the aftertaste as well as some bitterness left. A very decent and tasty stout.
