Bottle at GBBF 2011, with Ken and Leighton. It pours hazy orange, with a thin white head. The nose is orange, mango, lemon, red apple and urine. The taste is mango, pineapple, juicy orange, sweaty sock, grass and hay, with a big bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A very tasty and juicy IPA.

Bottle at GBBF 2011, Day 1, shared with Ken and Paul. Pours hazy gold with a bubbly, white head. Cat urine and grass in the aroma. Yes! Faint straw and honey. Great hops in the flavor, grass, hay and straw, medium sweetness. Mild zesty citrus. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Mild sticky finish, some good hay, light sweat, grass. Great balance makes this a very drinkable brew.

A golden amber ale with a super thick white head. In aroma, tropical fruits like papaya, grainy malt, herbaceous hops, interesting. An interesting sweet fruity malt, with light Italian herbs, tropical fruits, incense, a bit light bodied, but nice overall. On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, July 13, 2011.

Draught Huge, very dense white head, amazingly persistent over faintly veiled golden-orange beer. Hoppy nose, with citrus, grapefruit, ureum and passion fruit, but sweetish. Seems halfway between USA (more) and EU hops (less). Very perfumed sweet taste with background hoppy notes; citrus and quite a bit of rosewater. Sweet, essentialy, which is unsettling for an IPA. DMS in saltiness, shrimplike. The shrimp flavour gets stronger with mounting temperature. The beer or the lines? Very creamy texture from the persisting head, the beer is slick, but not really bodied. Not bad, but this is not a real topper. I wonder how the bottle would compare to the keg.

Draught at  Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Deep gold to amber, high head. Malty nose with grassy hops, lemon, tropical fruit, mango, peach. Nice hop aroma. Sweet honey lemon flavor, smooth and silky, low carbonation. Nice hops. Not terribly exciting, but a tasty pale ale.
