Cask @ Junction Inn, Southampton. Slightly deeper-golden in appearance with a very thin head. Its a low to mid malty bittered session ale.

500ml bottle from Bitter Virtue: BB 13th April 2023. Drank at sea on the balcony of my cabin on Britannia, 13th June 2022. Clean golden look, white head. Citrus front to the aroma and taste, malts kick in later to give a good balance, other fruits join in along with a pney note or two.

17/7/2019. Bottle shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at Inn At Home, Newbury. Pours golden with a bubbly white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, tropical fruit, malt and grass. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle from Inn at Home, Newbury. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are hops, fruits, grass, malt and citrus. Nice long bitter finish.

Bottle from eebira. Golden colour with a white head. Light citrus and pine fruity aroma. Sweetish taste. Medium body.

Keg at Green' s, Winchester. A feint citrus aroma. Amber. Creamy but thin white head. Light bitter. Marmalade. But so understated. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Down on the dial and watery. Not the best from a brewery I like.

Bottle split at ABC Beer The Hague, 24/09/2015. Thanks. A hazed yellow / straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is grainy/ grassy, some caramel, a zippy lemon. Flavour is semi sweet base malts, lemon floral hop, berry. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Passable.

[ As Red Cat Tomcat ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, biscuit malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity, grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration, citrus, fruity, biscuit malt. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Red Cat Tomcat ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, sweet hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet hops, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Pale straw with a thin white head; floral aroma; sharp grapefruit taste with a grainy body; and a crisp grapefruit finish. A decent golden ale.
