Originally rated July 2005. Wow ! This fruity brew based on wheatbeer is definitely what the title says about it. It pours a cloudy very pale beige-yellow with a great white head and heavy lacing. The nose is full of honey with notes of tangerine and spices. The taste starts off with the orange-family citrus punch, then finishes on the rich honey gustation. Very, very sweet, but does not make me sick. Slight wheat in the aftertaste. Never tasted something quite like this one, and I love different feel of beer. Strongly recommended to people who like fruit beers like me and unique tastes.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden blonde. Nose/taste of artificial honey, lemon and cheap candy. Taste is surprisingly pleasant. Medium body. Drinkable.

Hazy pale gold beer. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Very strong honey flavour. Tastes genuine and not artificial. Underpinned by a little sweet citrus. Drinkable but very one dimensional. Less honey and more citrus would be good, the honey is a bit too much.

33 cL bottle at Delerium. Pours hazy yellow with a small lacing and white head. Sugarish sweet honey aroma. Perfumed flavoured. Solid artificial honey herbal and sweet flavour or rather perfume from back of the nose as the beer is plain and simple sweet for the flavour.

Bottled(330ml). -as Floris Honey. Our beer was 4.5%ABV which is big difference compared with the ABV stated here.
Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, perfumey honey nose. The taste is almost totally perfumey honey with discreet bready notes. Quite artificial but to be honest I’ve expected something much worse.

Bottle at the Belgian Brasserie Henry, shared with ogivlado. Poured a hazy pale yellow body with a medium-small lasting head. Sweet perfumey honey nose, notes of lemon. Perfumey honey in the taste as well, kinda odd but drinkable. Sticky honey aftertaste. I expected something much more unpleasant.

Bottled (4.5% ABV Floris Blanche Au Miel). Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, some citrus and dishwater. Flavour is dishwater, sugar, lots of honey and that’s about it. The honey tastes real, but still the beet is way too sweet.

Bottled (BB 01/2008)
Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Strong aroma of real honey. Sticky sugary beer, loads of honey, some wheat beer like banana notes. Real dessert beer for those who like drink sweet cocktails but don’t like beer. Not the most horrible of these flavoured "candy beers", because in this honey doesn’t taste artifical.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden with a huge amount of large yeast sediments. Aroma is thick with honey and only that. Taste is also like tasting a spoonful of pure honey. Cant blame them for not emphasizing honey in this one, except I find it way overdone. They forgot the beer here.
