Like most abbey beers, it is refermented in the bottle which refines it and gives it a longer shelf life over time. It differs from the Belgian abbey triples by its low alcohol content (7.2 ° Vol Alc) but also by its slightly sweet and slightly malty flavor. Very thirst-quenching, it exalts beautiful aromas of hops and a subtle palette of fruity flavors enhanced with a hint of bitterness.

Hazy orange body. Lightly fizzy head. Intense fenolic aroma: peach, citric hops, ... Heavily yeast bitter flavour. Unbalanced.

F: huge, white, average lasting. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malt, tropical fruits, citrus, passion fruits, apricot, caramel, hint of biscuit. T: malt, tropical fruits, tangerine, orange, mellow fruity, hint of caramel, floral, medium body, medium to high carbonation, very nice there is much like from IPA style even, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Delhaize Chazal @ Schaerbeek in Brussels.

pours unclear blonde. good white head. Smell is malty, rather aromatic. even some remote hops. Taste is full, rather sharp, mild bitterness. Surprisingly aromaticly hopped. Still very gentle, but the taste is really good - very balanced between the hops and the malts. Not really yeasty or sweet, which is Always a good thing in these kind of beers. Fresh as well ! tad to high carbo, but still agreeable, and especialy in this style.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold, large white head. Aroma of creamy vanilla yeast. Taste is smooth, distinctly sweet vanilla icing, staightforward Belgian yeast, lacking the body of a stronger tripel. Ok, but no classic.
