Bab 2016. Thnx to Tderoeck and 77ships for sharing the beers ! Pours unclear dark brown, small white head. Smell is glue, sweet, malty, harsh. Taste is sweet, oak, wine, unfresh. Very mild plastic features. Liquorice, just not blended in very well.

Thank you for sharing kraddel + tderock + Rubin77! Sampled bottled @ Bruges Beer Festival 2017. Dark brown with ruby hue, tanned head. Nose is sweet licorice, herbal, low spirit qualities, spices, bark, sweet caramel & low booze. Taste is licorice, grape, herbal, sugar, bit boozy, some varnish, sugar, sweet, licorice & faint molasses. Messy but okay with low varnish notes, better than the base. Passable & better than expected from this brewery. Body is licorice, varnish, malt & light molasses. Metallic note from the base is gone.
