bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma tonaca di frate fine persistente, color marrone/rubino torbido, al naso si percepisce subito la nota di affumicato poi uvetta sotto spirito zucchero di canna caramello marzapane, in bocca uvetta sotto spirito prugne secche zucchero bruciato vino Porto ed un sentore di affumicato, corpo strutturato, carbonazione moderata, l’alcool si sente riscalda ma non disturba, ben attenuata media secchezza, dolce con amaro accentuato lungo nel finale. L’affumicato la rende particolare per lo stile. Un’ottima birra fatta molto bene. Pericolosa… c. Topbeer.it 05.04.24

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours very hazy dark brown, not really beautiful, with minimal white foam. Aroma is rich of malt, a little herbaceous, hazelnut. Body is dense and moderately carbonated. Taste is pretty sweet. Finish is long and malty.

Pours dark , copperbrown, small white head. Smell is tad metallic, chocolaty, aromatic dark malts. Abt 12 style. Taste is full, chocolatty, very abt-12 like. OK. No peat though ( lucky me ) . OK

Thanks for sharing Kraddel + Friends. Sampled bottled @ Vini, Birre, Ribelli 2017. Dark brown. Nose is all BE cloying sweet dark fruit, oxidation esters. Unpleasant cloying BE raisin, soap, syrup de Liège, cloying in the worst fashion, plastic BE fruit, suck thick plastic dark fruit & zero peat for some reason, not pleasant.
