Rotating Tempus IPA featuring different wild yeast strains, which will continue to evolve over time in package from the first juicy, fruit-forward beer to a funkier, more complex beer over time. This first batch was fermented entirely with Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois Vrai and dry-hopped twice with 12g/L of Galaxy, Ekuanot and Chinook.

Malt: Extra Pale, Golden Promise, Torrified Wheat, Dextrin, Golden Naked Oats
Microbes: Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois Vrai
Hops: Kettle Hops: Magnum, Azacca, Ekuanot, Ahtanum. Double Dry Hopped with 12g/L of Galaxy, Ekuanot, Chinook
