Draught@TCBW2018. Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden and slight bretty tones. Flavour is fruity, tropical fruits, some brett and mild yeasty notes along with some herbs.

Bottle from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Light gusher. Pours hazy orange with a thin off - white head. Aromas of woody funk and sherbet, light citrus. Taste is melon rind, mandarin orange. Creamy texture, dry finish.

Bottle, big bubbly head, hazy and just a touch light orange color. Strong Brett character - horse sweat and plaster, pineapple, Mandarin and ripe oranges, mellow herbal bitterness. Very nice and enjoyable.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice bretty flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, brett, leather, fruity hops, citrus. Flavor is sweet, light sour, malty, brett, light wood, fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light bitter finish. 090819

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 19. Thanks Mike for this! Pours misty yellow, big frothy white topping. Aroma is bruxellensis, brett, sherbet. Taste is bright sherbetty bruxellensis, cream, citrus, meringue, brett.. lovely light textures, great delicate complexity.

28th Jan 2019. Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting in Chez Sophie. Thanks Mike for bringing this 375ml bottle to the share. Misty golden pour, white head that hung around. Light Brett traces in the floral, yeasty aroma and taste, light citrus leanings flavour wise. Bottle looks more interesting than the beer though.
