A super, super juicy IPA brewed with our Danish friends @flying_couch_brewing hopped with Azacca and El Dorado in the kettle and then heavily dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra & Galaxy. Notes of zesty orange and juicy passion fruit.

Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a reasonable fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, nice light creamy sweetness. Mild piney hop. Pleasing light lemon and orange citrus, slightly spicy. Touch of citric peel and a whisper of tropical fruits. Light crisp finish. Nice, light and very drinkable.

Trying some of the beers we missed out on at the Tilquin English Beer Festival, but were still available in the shop. Great start of this tasting session!

Draft sample @ Tilquin English Beerfest 2018.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Hazy, glowing gold. Thin and super sticky, white head. Nose has ripe mango and fleshy apricot. Some pineapple. Touch of peppery spice. Background of milky oats. Taste is a little sweet, a little spicy, and nicely juicy bitter. Soft and rounded mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Finish gets a little zesty, fresh and oily. Not too oat heavy, thankfully. Nice one.
