0.375l bottle. Clear golden body with a tiny white head. Aroma and taste of acetone, vinegar, see buckthorn, aged cheese, lemon juice and dark sugar syrup. Super sour. OK, but a bit too extreme for me in terms of sourness.

375ml bottle at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours kind of unattractive dark amber/brown, with almost no foam. Aroma is intensely brett, fruity and sea salt. Body is kind of robust, with moderate carbonation. Taste is aggressively sour. Final is long and still intensely sour, with the addition of a nice bitterish feeling that could be due to the buckthorn.

Backlog April 2018. Unclear orange golden body under a thin off-white head. Fresh and fruity aroma with ripe fruit and acidity. Taste is dry and sour with fruit/berries and light pale malt. Fine body and tart, acidic aftertaste.

Pours relatively unclear, amber (pretty dark for a 'lambic' ?) small to no white head. Scent is herbal, overripe berries ( rotten is a dirty word, but it's how it smells ) oxidized ? bottle is 'fresh' (best by 2027) and had pressure upon opening. perhaps to much air upon botteling, which seems .. Strange, given its brewed at the proef. Taste is intensely tart, dry, oxidation, mild acetic acid, fleshy, oxidized sourness. overy harsh, tart. Mild oak. If this is how it's supposed to be, it's not very good... but I fear this had oxidation. Still, the carbonation is quite high so a leaky bottle seems ruled out.

Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Funky and dry. Puckering. Warming. Alight popcorn and acetone. Atringent. Not the most refined in the series.

Cloudy amber, creamy white head. Regular lambic funky acidity, some nice pickles, not much fruit, no nutty seedy funk. Moderate clean lambic sourness, a touch of malt sugars, kinda juicy for a lambic. Probably some seabuckthorn tannins hit not much from it otherwise.

Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo. Nice. Lots of sourness, nice fruitiness, bit dunno what, berries but sharp. Maybe even a bit of chilli, certainly in the aroma. Finish lingers with sourness. Can't really put my finger on this one. Blueberry, cranberry, slightly tart. Botella 37.5 CL de mikkeller shop Tomada en Belmonte 25..07..2019. Color amarillento marrón claro turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores intensos maltosos y gran dosis de maderas y arbustos. Buena acidez bien combinada con los sabores que permanece en boca un buen rato.al final se queda algo seca y maderos a con ligeros toques de bayas silvestres. Cuerpo medio a intenso con bastante sabor y buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio. Bastante buena original sabor. Para repetir sin duda alguna.
