(Bottle 33 cl) A Korean Stout! Wauw, that’s a first time. Not really black in colour although the label keeps claiming just that. More of a reddish brown - pretty though. Fairly high on carbonation almost completely lacking a head. Very mild almost without any hops, but with a small underlying sweetness that I suspect comes from an artificial sweetener. In other words: this is not a particularly harmonic stout - if a Stout at all. 220403 2.1

Sample thanks to Grumbo. Pours dark, off-white head. Roasted malt and mild espresso aroma. Pleasant schwarzbier. Dark malt, cocoa, moderate burnt roast, light coffee. Decent.

27/12/2022. Bottle at the ITFC Christmas beer share. From Marek. Pours clear dark brown with a frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cocoa, liquorice, roasted malt, molasses, touch of vanilla. Quite sweet, light roasted bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, soft carbonation. Quite drinkable and certainly way better than any other hite beer I've tried.

Roast, pretty nice drinking. Pretty dry. Some raw barley. Black pour with ok head. Bitter finish. Decent stuff for style, surprisingly. Can at 7-11 in Hong Kong.

A dark brown Schwartz bier with a thin brown head. In aroma, light chocolate malt with light caramel notes, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet nutty chocolate malt with light caramel, light German hops, light mineral notes, actually not bad. Can at skyteam lounge, Hkg airport

Can at the Singapore Airlines Silverkris Lounge at HKG Airport. Almost black with a small head. Thin with some light roasted notes, caramel and hints of fruit. Nothing to write home about.

Barwa ciemnobrunatna, rubinowe refleksy. Piana jasna, dość szybko opada. W aromacie pustka, jedynie przypieczona skórka od chleba. W smaku wyraźny chlebowy aromat, lekka nuta palonych słodów. Trochę wodniste.

35 cl can in Seoul. Dark brown color, clear, soapy beige head, fizzy. Aroma of sweet burn malts, with charcoal and dust. Sweetish taste with some metallic bitterness. Dusty finish. Cheap stout, similar to a malzbier.

Dark. Light body. A rather clean malt profile with faint roasted notes. A bit of caramel malt and some cocoa. The can I had said Lager Type, which makes me think this is a schwarbier and not a stout. The flavor profile fits a schwarz, too. Decent option in a watery lager wasteland.
