Rating #30,000. 375mL bottle, pours a deep dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma is full of wonderful barnyard funk upfront, with tart raspberries, and lots of oak. Flavour is very pungent, with lots of tart raspberries, near-abrasive funk, and champagne-like effervescence. Really nice funk character, with a complex, albeit somewhat harsh mouthfeel.

Rød klar med rosa skum. Lukter bringebær og kirsebær. Sur fruktig smak. Sure røde bær noe krutt. Middels lang.

375ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, dark ruby colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally pink-ish off-white head. Intense, full-blown raspberry aroma with sweet-ish pulpy, fruit acidic and earthy aspects, a leafy and minimally soapy touch, a cautious lactic touch of sauerkraut as well. Taste is sour and minimally fishy, fruity, earthy and fruit acidic notes of raspberry, some lactic tartness with a sauerkraut touch, old lemon peel. Watery texture, slightly astringent palate with pyrosis disposition, prickly carbonation. Not fully convincing.

10 August 2019. At Belgian Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the crew, thanks for hosting, Tim! Hazy red, lasting, very thin, frothy, pink head. Aroma of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, red jam, wheat, sour yoghurt, lemon peel. Taste is medium fruity sour, hinting at redcurrant with a wheaty-lemony edge; sweetish jam comprised of raspberry & strawberry on top of bread, some bitter fruit seeds & skin in the back. Dryish, tart, fruity finish, lingering sweet & sour jam. Medium body, slick-sticky texture, fizzy carbonation. More 'raspberry' than 'Wild Ale' in the end but it does the job.

375ml bottle @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Rossa viva, intensa, limpida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso aroma di lamponi molto pulito, lieve citrico. In bocca è appena dolce all'attacco con amaro medio, bilanciata, zero acetico. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-alta. Buonissima!

Bottle 375ml. @ [ Tasting ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House.[ As Mikkeller Baghaven Rubus of Rose ].Unclear medium red colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, funk, sour raspberry, oak, moderate to heavy raspberry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, raspberry, funky, barrel, sour raspberry, vanilla - barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20190817] 7-3-8-4-15

Pretty cloudy murky reddish pink to brown beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: super fruity, lots and lots of raspberries, some yoghurt, good stuff. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty acidic start, lots of raspberries, nice stuff going on here!
