Bottle. Blonde. Citrus, marmelade and pepper in the aroma and flavor. Some rest sweetness, but mostly dry. Thinnish. Tart notes. Lovely.

33 cl bottle @ home, bottled 31 March 2016. Clear golden color. White head with some retention. Aroma’s of funky yeast (horseblanket, manure, you know the drill), some fruit. More fruit and less funk retronasal (fortunately). Flavor is light sweet, light fruity sour, with brett notes throughout. Light bodied. Short finish with light bitterness.

330ml bottle, from trade with MonsterMagnet. Many thanks! Pours hazy gold with big frothy white head. Lightly spice saison yeast aroma. Not really getting too much in the way of black pepper. Taste is bright and flavoursome the brett integrating nicely for form a pleasant floral fruity character with white wine notes. A great Summer beer.

Bottle @ De Opera, Nijmegen. A bit hazy yellow orange color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit herbal and some spices (pepper I guess?) mixed with some grainy bitter. Weird saison, no wait, weird beer, ok saison since they’re weird most of the time I’d say.

33cl Bottle from Secret Sint, thanks! Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of dry malts, grapefruit and lemon, yeast, hay, really nice bright saison character. Flavour is somewhat sweet at first, later on more dry, straw, light floral, malty, light soapy, citrus, hint of grapefruit, dry citrusy bitter finish with some yeast. Light bodied. Good saison. Didn’t get any black pepper though.
