On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata scarica, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianco-sporca media. Al naso note di erbe medicinali, scorza di limone, pepe, sapone di marsiglia, leggero floreale. In bocca è prettamente speziata, con note di scorza d'arancia amara, pepe. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Originale.

Bottle. Etre. Hazed, deep blush pink. Sturdy off white head, that lasts and laces fully. Nose has bitter orange. Juniper. Campari. Alpine strawberry. Soft funk. Some leather. Hint of vanilla. Taste has a juicy sweetness, with a floral, citrus peel bitterness. Medium body. Nicely smooth. Soft carbonation. Hint of the ABV. Lingering citrus bitterness to finish. Very nice. Juicy and tart, and unmistakably Fantome.
