IPA - Imperial / Double Regular
Score
7.69
ABV: 9.2% IBU: - Ticks: 27
This is our interpretation of a modern Imperial IPA, combining the pithy bitterness and dry finish that are hallmarks of West Coast Imperial IPAs, with sticky, juicy fruit flavours more readily associated with a hazy DIPA. It's brewed to be impactful and uncompromising, yet remarkably easy-drinking and clean.

Aroma & Flavour: Sticky pineapple, passion fruit and papaya, giving way to mandarin zest and resinous pine
Body: Medium-bodied with a long, dry finish
Aftertaste: Lasting bitterness full of pithy grapefruit, lingering pine notes

Tap (Szynkarnia, Wrocław). Delikatne w aromacie z nutami słodu i chmielu. W smaku dość lekkie, słodowe że średnią goryczką lekko podbijaną przez alkohol. Całość dobrze ułożona ale liczyłem na większy power, zwłaszcza za tą cenę.

440ml can. Sweet, crisp and juicy fruity with some citrus, grapefruit, grass, herbal hops and pine, hints of lingering bitterness and caramely malts. Okay, but a tad too sweet.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid street. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is big dank hop, west coast sticky pine and orange rind. Light plastic on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, solid base grains, resinous pine, pineapple, sticky orange oils. Aggressive clean hop bitterness, which is grate. Palate is semi sweet, big resinous hop, chewy, frothy carbonation. Big Lingering bitterness. Fresh take on a west coast classic, Really good.
