Say “Hello” and “Goodbye” to this decadent delicacy. A smooth, flavored Imperial Milk Stout of Monarch proportions. Waves of bitter and sweet wash across the palate, with erupting notes of toasted coconut, roasted coffee and hints of sweet crème brûlée. All melded into a malted tectonic plate.

Appearance is oily black, with a 1-finger foamy tan head. Aroma is coconut, coffee, dark chocolate, roast malt, trace of leather, more coconut. Taste- chocolate fudge cake, coffee, salted caramel, toasted coconut, roast malt, sweet toffee. Thick and slick mouthfeel. Tasty, maybe a bit on the cloying side.

Can. A black beer with a thin dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, and cherries. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, cherries, coffee, and dark chocolate, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Vom Fass (11,0% ABV) im BrewDog/DogTap Berlin 2019-10 getrunken. Dieses kräftige Imperial Stout wird neben der deutlichen Kaffeenote von einem schönen Kokusnussaroma dominiert. Leider ist dieses Stout etwas unharmonisch auch wenn der hohe Alkoholgehalt sehr gut eingebunden ist. Nicht schlecht, aber Brew Dog kann bessere Stout brauen.

Can from BD Fanzine. It pours opaque black with a thick, tan head. The aroma is rich, oily, big toasted coconut character, dark roasted malt, perfumed, dark chocolate, bounty bar, cookie dough, toasted marshmallow and rocky road. The taste is slick, oily, bitter - sweet, unctuous, decadent chocolate cake, toasted coconut, gateaux, rich roasted, warming alcohol, touch of spice, cookie dough, brownie and chocolate sauce with a warming, chocolatey finish. Full body and fine, foamy carbonation. Initially I felt it was too sweet, but it really grew on me. Great dark bounty bar vibe. Moreish and dangerous!

Can at home from Brewdog Fanzine. A thick oily dark brown black coloured pour with a fading dark tan head. Aroma is big coconut,oily, sun tan lotion, cocoa, oily bounty bar. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, desecated coconut, cocoa, coco, oily milk chocolate, warming alcohol, bounty bar. Palate is thick and creamy, medium sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Lingering jammy wagon wheel. Pretty fucking good.
