A refreshing Saison, with pronounced ingredients like basil and ginger. The name says it already, this beer is exciting with an uppercase letter E. It has a very inviting amber glow. Sultry, sweet and sexy. The taste is smooth, round and balanced but pronounced.

Aroma of yeast, fruity notes, herbs, ginger, basil, hint of hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Not a fan of ginger, but this beer was still kind of enjoyable to try once.

Draught, 5.4% at De Prael. Coriander aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric with some coriander and a faint ginger note. Refreshing citric finish.

Bottle at the Great British Beer Festival 2016, day 1 - London. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Good tartness, light yeast, doughy wheat, lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tangy finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ ZZTX. Golden color, hazy. Ginger and marmelade in the spicy aroma. Anis. Malty sweetish, spicy flavor with ginger and marmelade. Basil. Too spicy to be enjoyable.

Nice and a bit unusual saison. More caramel malty than I have experienced with other. Also fine yeast, fruity and spiced (mild ginger)profile. Did not really notice the basil to much. Pleasant acidity.

Huge frothy off white head grew on a highly active dark golden body. Minimal aroma of tea. Medium bodied, highly carbonated on the palate & clean on the back. Quite sweet tasting with peach, nectarine, herbs & tea. Decent
