Bottle shared at ZZT 10 thanks to Joes. Pours clear dark golden with a small off white head. Aroma of Brett funk, peppery saison yeast, light citrus. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a little acidity. Over medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Hazy golden colour, not all too much head. Aroma is sour wood, some mild berries, and mild brett as well. Flavour is very similar, but quite much lacks a dryness to support the sourness of it. Balanced, but leaves a bit strange.

Salmon pink color, cloudy, lace. Nose of grape, yogurt, canilla, grapefruit. Creamy, wine-like flavor, wood, grapes, lovely smooth body. Wonderful.

Dark Amber color. Big oaky nose with modest sourness a DJ dried apricots. Medium body. Medium heavy mouth, with lots of oak. Slight sour, peppery with some fried fruits. The oak lingers, slightly sour. Very nice, but barrel aged saisons aren’t my favorite.

Sample at SBWF 2014. Hazy golden with a white head. Nice sour and vinous aroma of fruit, oak, some light berries, funk and wine. Similar taste. The finish was long and nicely sour. An interesting and nicely drinkable beer. Could I have a bottle please?

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, coarse head. Oaky, fruity nose with vanilla and cobwebs. Mid dry with medium body and dense, well rounded mouthfeel. Oaky white wine, funk and hay. Mid bitter finish. Conentrated, complex and unusual flavours, great balance.
