We took the traditional IPA, originally shipped from England to India in the 1700′s, and made it bolder and more flavorful—American Style. We added new varieties of highly aromatic American hops to create a distinctive bitterness profile and an incredible hop character.

Bottle @ ZZT X, small sample, thanks all for sharing! Clear golden color, short head. Aroma of orange, tea, besides the fruity hoppy notes and slight biscuity malt. Medium bitter. Bit dry in the finish. Great IPA.

Bottle at Byron’s, Waterloo. Yellow-orange. Very little head. Smell of peaches and pineapple with a bit of cooked vegetable. Taste is bittersweet and wonderfully balanced. An unexpected but very welcome peppery note. Finish is fairly short with a lingering bitter aftertaste. Top notch.

355ml bottle from Appellation Wines. Cheers Ash! Pours clear golden amber long-lasting white head. Big hops aromas, jumping out of the glass. Resin, grapefruit, classic US hops. Taste is big chewy hops, more resin and grapefruit peel, light spice and some caramel at the back. Oily texture, medium body, easy drinking for 7%. Really good.

Clear golden beer with a foamy head and a tangy fruit aroma. Taste has an initial tangy, almost grapefruit-y hit with a touch of sweet caramel. It leaves similar flavour but with a touch of malt as well. Very drinkable indeed.

Clear gold pour with a white head. The aroma has light pine and spice all from the hops. The flavor is nicely bitter but within a good balance. Easy drinking, middle of the road IPA. Thanks to crajun for the trade.
