Je známe vrchne kvasené pivo anglosaského typu červeno – hnedej farby, s výraznejšou horkastou chuťou a výraznou vôňou praženého sladu, pochádzajúcou z použitých troch druhov sladu (pale ale, plzenský a farebný) a dvoch druhov chmeľu (Cascade a Fuggle). Pivo bolo chmelené aj tzv. „studeným chmelením“. Výrobný proces trvá približne 21 dní. Varíme ho predovšetkým v letných mesiacoch.

Bottle shared at Dolce, courtesy of Tomi. Tele van brettel, de izombol. Funky, kicsit vorosboros, bogyos gyumis, tehat minden ott van, aminek kell. Kivetel, hogy itt valoszinuleg nem kellene. Nem ihatatlan mindenesetre.

Plastic bottle, thanks MisoW! Dark brown color. Red berries, butter and toffee in the aroma. Chocolate, caramel, bitter walnuts and butter in the flavor. Tasty, but spoiled by the diacetyl.

Vona nevyrazna. Trosku lesneho ovocia citit. Vzhlad pekne polotmave. Chut neinvazivna.

Bottle shared at ZZT 10. Pours murky amber brown with floaters. Aroma of big infection, fruit, butter. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

1 liter plastic bottle [from Euro Swap 6 I believe..] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus, Countbeer and Joes. Reddish color, small off-white head. Smell and taste some malts, a slight hint of sourness, a hint of red fruit, lightly a touch of bitter but a weird touch as well. Average body and carbonation. Hmm drinkable but not really good.

Plastic bottle @ benzai. Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells speculaaskruiden, sweet, malts, herbs, slightly salty. Tastes sweet, malts, raisins. Medium body, soft carbo.

PET BOTTLE 1L from Cuso.

Look: clear deep mahogany, minuscule off-white head.
Aroma: very yeasty, caramel/burnt sugar.
Taste: light caramel sweetness, some yeast, harsh wormwood-like bitterness.

Tap at Staromestianska pivoteka, Bratislava. Chestnut brown color with medium off-white head. Red fruits, caramel diacetyl in aroma. Taste, red fruits, coffee, caramel, diacetyl.

Tap at Stramak fest. Aroma diacetyl, light hops. Lightly hazy deep amber colour. Taste has generous diacetyl flavour too. Moderate bitterness, restrained hoppy flavour, earthy, grassy. Acceptable beer, but no glory.
