Soaring through the air with grace and fury, the Luchador descends. The multi-limbed warrior carries an elegance in the efficient manner with which he dispatches his foes. Plenty of action, style, and glory await you in this Mexican-Style Chocolate Stout. Sweet flavors blossom from additions of vanilla and cinnamon, while a spicy body gets it’s kick from ancho chile powder. Dark malt flavors provide a robust palette upon which one may don the Chocolate Sombrero.

Nearly black, seems clear. Tiny, light beige head. Aroma has chocolate malt and chili notes, hints of wood. Dark choc flavour, roast and controlled chili heat tickling. Coffee later on. Bitter bite, low carb, lasting coffee bitterness.

Bottle from Craftissimo at home. Pitch black pour. Tan head. Not much lacing. Aroma is chocolate, dark chocolate, and roasted malt. Taste is dark chocolate with deep booze burn and roasted malt. Not much chili? A hint of spice in the aftertaste - tongue tingling. Not as rich or big as I expected, almost like a lighter stout's flavor. Not at all bad though. Would maybe get again.

Bottle @ Kihoskh, Copenhagen. Pours black with a creamy beige head. Roast, tar, a hint of cinnamon and vanilla. Roasted and bitter close to burnt flavor and finish. Smooth, soft and sticky! Good stuff!

Bottle [from trade with mista] @ home. Opaque very dark brown to black color, medium sized lightly creamy brown colored head that lasts for a decent while and leaves good lacing. Aroma is malts, dark malts, dark chocolate, lightly a hint of liquor somehow. Taste malts, moderately bitter, unfortunately I only lightly dark chocolate. Doesn’t have the depth one would expect from the aroma. Nice beer though, just not top notch.
