500 ml bottle. Aroma is sharp sour grapes and funk. Flavor is the same with some sour cranberries. Ends with light acidic note and funky yeast. It’s almost kind of like drinking sour grape juice. It is about average for the style.

Oxbow always hits that mark of light but flavorful for me, low sourness, solid saison vibes. Same here with plenty of grape hints.

Bottle big thanks to Kenny. It pours hazy bright bred with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, tart, tangy, juicy, tangy, cranberry, raspberry, blood orange, sherbet, candy and tang. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, puckering, sherbet, sour candy, tangerine, light acidity, sour candy, light funk, cranberry, red wine grape and pretty much no booze with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Very easy going and chuggable.

(On tap @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours a hazy pinkish-red with a tiny head. Notes of red grape must, sweet and lightly acidic, very 'table grape' and not so vinous, some cran-raspberry as well, grassy hops, light tannins, moderate musty funk, stays lactic tart right through the finish which is a touch dusty and rather grapey. Light to medium body, quite light carbonation. More complexity than I expected from the stainless ageing. Not quite like a true wine grape sour for me, but pleasant.
