440ml can as part of a delivery from Beer Merchants and drunk at home. Dark gold and hazy with a small ring of white head. Aroma of dank pineapple and lemon juice. Intensely sour taste. Lemon, passionfruit, light notes of bergamot. Gentle salt slightly subdues the sour on the finish. Medium carbonation. So good if so odd.

Tap at Rbabarrab, Copenhagen 10/05/2024 Nicely balanced tart and sweet fruity with notes of citrus and tropical fruit, vanilla creamy sugary sweetness in balance, dense mouthfeel, fruity lingering tart finish. Very nicely balanced.

Draught. Murky yellow. Fruity hops, lacto, lime, sourish with a sweetish touch.

can aroma is insanely milky and citrussy, comes off as a bit artificial, but very bold and extreme i must say. like these super sour citrussy candy, dissolved in yoghurt. flavor is yoghurt, almost bretty yeasty notes, citrus fruits and lemons. flavor is pretty much okay, but it has this feel that the way to get there was with a lot of cheating, compared to how cantillon makes sour beer.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Tart grapefruit and lemon aromas. Crisp tart and salty with grapefruit and lactic lemon front to back. Lasting sourest of sourpatch finishes... almost distractingly sour; but I like it sour.

Can from Explosivedog: pours hazy dull yellow with a white head. Aroma is lemon, hints of some other fruitiness. Taste is somewhat sour, hops shine through nicely. Lemon and salt are noticeable.

Draught @ Carmine Street Beers, NY. Sweetish, lemony and sourish with some lactic sourness and salty notes. Interesting and quite candy sourish
