Bottle thanks to William. Pours a hazy golden with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is lemon zest, sour fruit, wheat, oak. Thin body, tart lemon, lime, wheat, acidic, light oak, enjoyed this.

Got in a trade with RaulMondesi. 375 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 2/27/2018. Pours fairly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing pretty quickly No glass lacing, and a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, citrus peel, green apple, white wine, sea salt, hay, straw, oak, pepper, clove, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus fruit, salt, oak, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, citrus peel, green apple, white wine, sea salt, hay, straw, oak, pepper, clove, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness and yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, citrus peel, green apple, white wine, sea salt, hay, straw, oak, pepper, clove, wheat, cracker, light funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus fruit, salt, oak, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness and yeast/oak spiciness balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, grainy/acidic/sticky/tannic, and lightly tangy/saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an awesome blended sour wheat beer. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, citrus fruit, salt, oak, and light-moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and easy to drink with the moderately acidic/tannic/spicy/drying finish; not overly lactic or salty. Only 8% blend of sour with citrus, but there is a lot of citrus vibrancy going on. Awesome well rounded Brett/Bacteria complexity, oak presence, and solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A really enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected.
