Hazy gold beer, good ivory coloured head. Softish palate. Semi dry malt, quite strong. Only a trace amount of hops here and a tiny dash of bubblegum ester. Okay but a bit wishy washy.

Pours almost apricot in the glass with good citrus aroma emanating from the head. Taste is light citrus and grass. Rated 2/3/2000

Overall Impression: I use to like this one more, it’s a warm weather beer, light, citrusy, session ale...take that for what it’s worth.

Draft. Golden color. Lemony flavors with some cream. From what I remember, it was a little dry, but it was pretty good.

Light yellow, with some slighty deeper tones. Foamy white head. Smells spicy. Has a sour hops taste and unbalanced weird spice character. Like yeast gone bad. Has this wet mouth feel that combines with the hop flavor to make a stale juicy malt taste. When it warms, I found the flavor to be one sided and very not complex. I will stop now, i wasnt impressed.

Draught
Golden color, poor head, served in an icy glass (sic!). Poor aroma and flavor, have to wait a lot to find a light note of malt. And the final as well is not interesting.

Good golden colour with some citrusey smell in the aroma. Good light taste, nothing too special though. I love Sam, but this one wasn't the best of his brews!

Gold with large off white head. No aroma. Smooth and easy drinking, but gassy and fizzy

A little on the weak side, even for a Kolsch. I was expecting something with a little more character. Gold color with a thin and quickly disspating head and lively carbonation. A little on the bland side but not too bad for spring/summer fare. I could take it or leave it the rest of the year.

Cloudy yellow color with nice medium head. Spicy, floral, mildly fruity aroma, with clean malts and mildly spicy notes (hops or coriander?) in the flavor. Refreshing, yet bland. Give me a maibock in spring, not Koelsch.
