Our classic, crisp pilsner is brewed every summer for Santa Barbara's Fiesta celebration. Telegraph is proud to brew our Cerveza de Fiesta right here in downtown Santa Barbara, for locals and visitors alike. This classic Czech Pilsner-style lager is crisp, satisfying, and refreshing. Noble hop aroma and a biscuit malt body have this beer finishing clean and dry. It is just the beer to pair with great food, old and new friends, and good times. Viva la Fiesta!

So good to be #10 rater. 750 c&c from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Batch No. 81. Opens with a cannon shot. Pours light gold with a fizzy/creamy white head. Aroma is mildly bready with some grassy hop. Med + body. The carb is very frothy. There’s a lot of grass, and the breadiness is not obnoxious. The BC may be a bit over the top, but there’s an incredible amount of flavor. The bitter is tearing at my jaw hinges. This after finishing off a Evil Twin Freudian Slip. I’m nominating this one for an Imperial Pilsner. Excellent lager (and I’m not a friend of those for the most part).

Draft at Imbibe Wine. Nose is lightly flowery and white bread type yeast. Urine yellow with a big heavy lacing white head. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet, and a hint of caramel flavorwise. Not bitter enough for a good pils.

Bottle (Batch 55). Appears to be vastly over carbonated. Pours with a huge white head over a slightly hazy golden body. Aroma of apple, a bit of belgian yeast esters (odd), grainy, hoppy, grassy and spicy. Taste is dry, bitter, spicy and grassy hops. Very lively bubbles, over carbonated. Dry. Bland, but not bad at all.
