Goldgelb funkelnd vertreibt unser Maibock endgültig den Winter und eröffnet die Freiluft-Saison. Mit feinen Karamellnoten, zart blumigem Duft und zitroniger Frische linst er schon ein bisschen Richtung Sommer. Am Gaumen wärmende alkoholische Noten, sehr geschmeidiger Trunk. Ein heller Bock für wonnevollen Genuss!

Draft at the brewpub. Pours clear amber with a white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel, malt and light fruits with a little citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Re-rate 5/5/14: Draught sample at the brewpub in Berlin. Hazy deep golden. Aroma of malt, caramel, and a candy-ish note. Sweetish flavor, malty, grainy, caramelly, a bit bready, quite anemic with a faint bitter note in the finish. Medium-bodied. 4/3/5/3/9=2.4
