Bottle. Cloudy Amber, golden lace. Medium full, sparkly, dry body. Good wheat base, nice broad hop accents, not overly aggressive, but definitely hop-forward. Very pleasant.

Tap sampler tray at the Brewpub Hackescher Markt. Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is grassy hops, some tropical fruits, some Weizen yeast character. Taste is herbal, spicy, much "darker" than expected from the aroma. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Slight booze burn in the back.

On tap. Pours a hazy dark golden color with lasting white head. Aroma of wheat and clove. Taste light bitter, wheat, yeast, clove and other spices.

(Draught at Brauhaus Lemke Hackescher Markt, Berlin, 27 Aug 2016) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, banana, clove and citrus. Wheaty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, citrus, clove, banana and a fresh grassy, citric bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and tasty, with a fresh hop profile. Quite nice.

355ml bottle [A very BIG thanks to Maddie for this one!]. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, fluffy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty aroma with herbal and peppery spiciness, hints of radish, dill, underlying wheaty and fruity hoppy notes, hints of pear, apple, a touch of banana and clove, honey-covered cereals. Taste is moderately wheaty, fruity hoppy, mildly spicy yeasty, hints of pear, banana, baked banana, a touch of mustard seed, dill. Neither overly hoppy nor wheaty, but delivers Saison yeast-analogue spiciness, the honey-like sweetness finds enough counterweight. Very nice.
