Bottle shared with AJ in NH. Thanks! Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a moderate, white froth. The nose holds lemon, pale wood, mandarin orange. Light sweet flavor with cleansing sour lemon, mild acidity, faint doughy sweetness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp finish with great lemony tang, faint grassy bitterness, pleasant funk. Wonderful.

Bottle shared with Leighton. Enjoyed at 55F in stemware.
A - Cloudy yellow appearance. Nice lacing and a thin head. Slight gusher but we caught it!
S - Lots of lemon grassiness on the nose. Melons and acetic smells as well.
T - Nice overall. Starts with soured wheat notes and rustic funk. Hint if lemons and pineapples. Pretty citrusy and finish is butterscotch and there are some oak undertones. Nothing crazy
M - Medium mouthfeel, sticks around in the tartness for a while with lemon zest.
O - I enjoyed this one but nothing that I’d seek out again.

Bottle - WALEZ tasting. My contribution, via KnobbyKnobby - thanks! Bit of a gusher right up front. Pours cloudy straw yellow with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is tart lemon, Brett, hay, bit of wood. Flavor is lightly sweet, medium tart, woody and a bit fruity. Light body, not really all that complex.

Bottle shared by Ari, thanks! Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice funk note with light sour fruit and a bit of underlying sweetness. Flavor has more acid with a sour lemon note and a bit of underlying sweet grains.

Bottle shared by Jay at my house. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose/taste of farmhouse yeast, funky, lemon, oak and musky grapes in the background. Medium body. Well balanced funky tartness. Not overpowering.
