CBC Yellow Session. Keg. Almost clear dark amber beer, good cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Decent fine carbonation. Sweetish dark malts, little dark chocolate. Touch of oaky vanilla. Mild fruity bourbon. Comes together well in to a light dry finish. Sweet and tasty.

Tap at CBC 2015. Pours near black with a beige head. Aroma of big vanilla, bourbon, fudge, cocoa and milk chocolate. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a deep dark mahogany with a frothy tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, light vanilla, coffee, chocolate and alcohol. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a rich dry sweet coffee malt palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation and an oily mouthfeel.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Roasted malty, fruity and coffee. Light herbal. Dry and bitter dark malty finish.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours pitch black with a brown head, some lacing. Aroma of rich sweet malt, caramel, rich dark chocolate, bourbon, wood, wanilla. Flavor is rather sweet, malty, caramel, rich chocolate, both milky and dark, vanilla, bourbon, oak, light alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol.
