Take a trip to the State of Euphoria with our Belgian-style Strong Golden Ale. Euphoria starts with a hint of fruit from the Abbey yeast strain followed by a spicy aroma and citric flavor. A powerful, yet enchanting ale.

Bottle. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of yeast, lemongrass, bread dough, lightly spicy malt and touch of peppercorn. Lighter medium body.

Looks dreadful for a beer that touts itself as "Belgian-Style," pouring thin with very little head. Smells powerfully nondescript, like a roided-out Blue Moon. The flavor is mild yet with a spicy, yeasty finish, tart and breadlike and thankfully dry. Finishes with a brush of bitterness but primarily dough, like an unglazed doughnut eaten after sipping hot lemon water. But the texture is to die for; no trace of the alcohol can be found. None. Amazing feat for a 9-percenter. Drinks like a Spring Witbier, and makes for a good diversion on a rainy night. (3/17/09)

Clear gold beer, good white head. Smooth aromatic malt with a middle note of drying spice. It then blooms briefly in to a little citrus before a sharp effervescent finish. Unusual and quite drinkable.

Bomber from Oak Tree. Pours light hazy amber with a 2 finger foamy white head. Aroma is primarily lightly spiced peach. Calling it as I nose it. Full bodied with creamy carbonation. The mouth feel is almost slick. The flavor is stone fruit with some yeast/spice. Citric comes forth. It is well balanced. Nice. Still sticking with the peachiness. That is not a bad thing. It drinks pretty good.

1-2-10....bomber...virtually zero carbonation...slightly cloudy golden bodied beverage....just clear bubbles...aroma is that of ice wine....real sweet ice wine flavors as well...9% is undetected....its like a flat light beer on the first sip...then the flavor seeps in...creamy and light in the mouth

500ml bomber bottle. Golden and glowing transparent orange color. Complex aroma of candi sugar, spices, with a touch of wheaty citrus. The taste is mellow and not overbearing like a great number of tripels. Yeasty, creamy finish with a mild hop balance. This is really an excellent Tripel.
