Beer Geek Breakfast aged in Tequila barrels.
Aroma is a combination of malts, caramel, chocolate and coffee. The body is medium with light coffee and chocolate flavors, wood, slightly spicy and boozy notes from the barrel aging. It has a creamy texture, average carbonation and a bitter edge on the finish.

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Solid espresso head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Jet black body. Inviting smell of coffee beans and dark fruits. Tasty with roasted coffee beans to the fore joined by cocoa, oak, and with the tequila touch beneath. Half dry, malt-bitter finish. Fine bodied. Well made (Tromsø 27.05.2015).

Bottle. It pours a pitch black body under a small, dense, tan head. The aroma is lightly boozy, with roasted malts, dark chocolate, some brown sugar and a good dash of coffee. Vanilla too, and a fine hoppyness. The flavor has a tad too much booze, with wood, coffee, dark chocolate, some brown sugar and lots of nice, piney and resiny hops. Full body and quite smooth carbonation, some alcohol warmth. A tad too much booze in this one, but sure nice as well. 150522

Bottle. (thanks SirLimpsalot) Black with a small tan head. Soft aroma of some chocolate, light roasted malt and tequila. Similar taste. Not bad but far from the original Beer Geek Breakfast. I am not a big fan of tequila.

Bottle split at the sleepy-rapping tasting at Ronny & Alex’s pad, CBC fine tuner, 30/04/15. Black with a decent tan covering. Nose is toffee, charr, big liquorice, spice, chocolate. Taste comprises toffee fudge, spice, chocolate, liquorice, cocoa rub, charr. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent stout, subtle BA tones, couldn’t pick out Tequila though.
