Bottle at home in London, picked up at the brewery. Pours very lightly hazy, deep gold with a fine, creamy white head. Plenty of wheat and yeast in the nose, hints of ripening citrus fruits, some doughy malts. Medium sweet flavor, some spicy yeast, doughy malts, light bitterness. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean, lightly drying to finish, doughy bread, dry orangey citrus. Solid saison. Great balance, very refreshing. Nice.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy dark gold with a small head. Aroma is banana, clove and a little spice. Taste has a bit of spice and banana to start. Sweet, grainy finish.

Aroma: Yeasty, citrusy and peppery.
Appearance: Hazy golden body with a medium off-white head that fades. Lively carbonation. Very little lacing.
Taste: Much like the aroma. Very citrusy but the fruity zing is muted by the yeast and pepper flavours.
Palate: Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation.
Overall: A nice Saison, though not the most intense or complex in terms of flavour.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy orange gold colour with lasting beige head. Saison yeast subtle aroma. It’s a decent standard saison. Full in mouth. Some bitterness on finish. Decent beer.

Bottle at partizan last saturday. Pour is slightly hazy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is earthy spice yeast notes with hay and some nuts. The flavour follows a little cirus / orange as well. moderately dry finish. Very tasty, but the glaxy session has a bit more going on. Nice example of 3711

Bottle at Partizan. It pours hazy golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is earth, spice, brown bread, hay, lemon sherbet and citrus peel. The taste is earth, citrus peel, lemon, light metal and soap with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Tasty, but the galaxy pips it to the post for me.
