City of Dreams is a generously-hopped American Pale Ale. El Dorado, Centennial, and Amarillo hops lend this beer a bright, citrusy aroma with hints of tropical fruit. These mouthwatering hops are balanced by a smooth malt base, resulting in a flavorful and well-rounded summer beer.

Bottle shared in MV. Pours clear, orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds crackery pale malts, semi-ripe citrus fruits, melon. Light to medium sweet flavour with more crackers, citrus peel, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine carboantion. Finishes with rounded citrus fruits, tangerine, pale bread. Good stuff, though simple.

Draft. Light amber body. Frothy white head. Aroma of pine, resin, citrus, toasted grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky and lively carbonation. Light pine, resin, grapefruit. Could pass as an IPA considering the abv and hap assertiveness. Well put together, but too much resin/pine.

Hazy copper color with small head. Pungent hop aroma, fruity, with an impression of vanilla and talc, very nice. Dry mouthfeel; the flavor is perfect for these beers, nice lean toffee, bit of cereals; good hopping, fresh, a bit lemony, and correct bitterness level.
Very nice.

22 oz. bottle, pours a fairly clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is super floral, with nothing much but floral hops. Flavour brings out lots of floral hops, perfume, and soap. Almost too floral, but it does what it does well. A little low drinkability due to the perfume and soap, but it's still alright.

Sampled from the bottle at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of earthy pine and grass with a light grain backbone. Flavor has grass and light earthy pine with some earthy grain for a backbone.
