Wisconsinite: the most Wisconsin beer ever! Made with 100% Wisconsin-grown malted barley, wheat, and hops, including a unique, first-of-its-kind, never before fermented, indigenous Wisconsin yeast strain. It pours a hazy, unfiltered, straw color with a fine white head. The mild clove, banana, and citrus aromas from the Wisconsin yeast go well with the malty sweetness and fresh baked wheat bread flavors. With its light body and lively effervescence, Wisconsinite is a refreshing summer session beer.

Babyfood banana nose. Clear amber, headless. Banana, sweet rolls, grass. Medium body, easy carbonation. I've not had a good run of beers from this brewery, but this was right up my alley.

Pours a lightly hazy orange yellow with a short lasting head of foam.

The smell is cloves, banana, wheat. Simple but basic to the style.

The taste is cloves, banana, wheat, some coriander. Flavourful and fits the style.

Close to medium bodied, the mouthfeel is good.

5.2% of goodness.

12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 4/5/20. This must have been on a hiatus as I never saw it when I lived in Milwaukee for nearly 3 years. Hazy orange, thin white head. Aroma of wheat, honey, citrus, a bit of spice. Taste is wheat, floral notes, honey, apricot. Medium bodied, crisp. A bit on the sweet side but nice.

Sampled on draft at Dad’s Pub this beer poured a dark yellow-gold color with a large fluffy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweetish bread, yeast and clove. The flavor was tart and bitter with tangy citrus, bread and yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pretty basic.

Bottle from World Beer Market via Rakuten served in my Weizen glass. It is a light gold with a bright white head of soapy foam. The nose is sweet & fruity grape with just the smallest hints of cloves. Light bodied, the taste is chewey spicy wheat, fruits and a bit of cloves. As it warms up it gets a strong vegetal(celery) & peppery character. OK.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottled on April 24, 2014, poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy pale golden with small white head. Aroma is tart wheaty citrus, medium/light body, lower carbonation, and some big bubble lacing. Taste is tart wheaty citrus (mostly grapefruit), wheat and crisp hops. Different, but one I would go back to.
