Bottle at RBWG 2014. Pours a cloudy peach with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has musty grain and funk with a good amount of menthol and a hint of gin. Flavor has more gin presence with grains, light grass and funk as well as earthy fruit backing.

Bottle shared late night RBWG. Pours murky gold with a frothy white head. Lots of herbs on the nose, basil, some tangy citrus. Light sweet flavor, quite herbal, a touch meaty, some bitter hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mild warmth to finish, bitter dried herbs, subtle tangy citrus. OK.

Doesn’t taste much like a sour or a wild. More like a Belgian pale ale which is what every bierhuis I’ve been that had it in called it. Fruity aroma, rather like a specialty. Flavour has much sweet peach, though I know there is no peach fruit in it. Hop Finish.
