Two bottle pours into taster cup at NH Brewfest. Appearance: early bottle pour clear, light yellow; late bottle pour cloudy yellow (like a hefeweizen), small ring of white fizzy head. Aroma is strong pine, grapefruit. Taste is pine, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit. Palate is medium-to-full bodied with thin-to-average texture, soft-to-average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, very nice all around.

(Thanks, John! "johnnnniee") A- Orange soda, black pepper, cat piss. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Oranges, tangerines, black pepper, slightly bitter. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly bitter finish. O- Wasn’t a fan at first whiff but after the head subsided the orange and pepper notes really came out. Not too bitter. Pretty solid beer overall. Hard to believe it’s a double ipa though. Certainly doesn’t drink like one.

Pours clear deep gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Resin and tropical fruit aromas. Dry with caramel and toasted nuts upfront turning to pineapple, resin and mild scallions in the lasting finish.

On tap at Cask and Vine. Juicy dripping fruity hops with bits of earth and pine and a solid hit of caramel malty sweetness. I really enjoyed this brew, but it is at my sweetness threshold for an ipa.

Bottle provided by Eric S. and sampled 3 days after the bottled release. Murky straw color with lasting head. Aroma is all tropical fruit and citrus. Mango, oranges and grapefruit. Great and show a Citra hop profile. Absolutely NO cat pee!! Yes!

Displays a lot of juicy fruit and mild grassy hops. Maybe even a pine note but the juicy, busting fruit is what gives this a great character. The body is medium with a moderate lingering bitterness that still has enough of a malt base to help with the balance. Easy drinking for the ABV and when I was finished I really wished I had another bottle. If you can get this fresh, it should NOT disappoint any hop head. This is a nicely worked recipe.
