Poured from a bottle. Aroma has alight oak and cognac note. Some pineapple and stone fruit. Medium apple and pear notes. Some light malt and citrus. Moderate acidity. Pours a hazy, cloudy, pale, muddy copper brown with a small, thin, tan head that quickly disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is fairly acidic with some stone fruit and tropical fruit notes. Tastes like tart, unripe, pineapple and apricots. Light cognac and oak notes. Moderately strong acidity, but not as bad as the unblended. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth, Overall, better than the unblended but the acidity is very strong. Nice under ripe fruit notes with some light cognac and barrel notes.

Bottle, sample on the street in SD before handing the baton to GT2, 14/11/14. Hazed golden orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is tangy fruit, funk, tarte apricot, woody, spice, light booze notes. Taste comprises tarte peach, orange, tangy apricot - stewed up sour fruit medley, light smoke, wood must, subtle BA tones. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light acidity and a tarte fruit rinse with subtle puckerings. Solid sour.

Sample at the 2014 Infected Chimipalooza on 11/01/2014. Hazy golden-orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Oak, fruit and floral yeast. Medium-bodied with flavors of oak, brett yeast and tart fruit. The finish is funky fruit with subtle cognac oak. Pretty good all around.

Bottle shared by Jose - thanks! Bottle #6 at the tasting. Pours hazy apricot, minimal head and lacing. Aroma is quite funky initially, lots of horse blanket and basement aromas. Fruity, oaky. Flavor is quite tart, very fruity, lots of peach and apricot for me. Medium funk as well as some oak. Not really getting cognac per se, but maybe that is why I feel the fruitiness? Not sure. Medium body. A super-acetic beer leading to a dry mouth on the finish, but still very drinkable.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out blue cheese notes to the max, and a touch of funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with funky blue cheese dominating. Very interesting notes. Nice stuff.
