La Rubia is the lightest beer we brew. However, this beer does not lack in flavor. It has a nice crisp bitterness to it with a slight bready and sweet flavor. This beer is brewed for the beautiful hot weather we get here in Miami. La Rubia is a combination of German Pilsner Malts, British Crystal Malts, Czech Saaz Hops and German Ale Yeast, making this beer a true American Blonde Ale. It pairs excellent with your salad, seafood and chicken. Serve this beer in a classic pilsner flute.

Bottle shared by John, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of hay and light bread with some wet grass underlying. Flavor has lots of straw and grains with a touch of wet grass underlying.

Pours amber with a fluffy white head and aggressive carbonation. Aroma has amber malt, sweet bread-like influences. Taste has rich, lingering malt, with a notable variety of malt styles lightly reminiscent of a pilsener, lingering hop oils. Palate has Pilsen malt on the nose, smattering of a hop bite.
